APPLICATION
- Apply on clean and dry skin or over any eyeshadow.
- With light pressure, glide the precise brush tip along the eyelid to create sharp, detailed lines.
REMOVAL
- Neither water alone nor pressure alone will remove Blinc Liquid Eyeliner.
- Only the COMBINATION of lots of water AND gentle pressure from your fingertips, a washcloth or shower, will effortlessly peel the layer of colour off your skin into your hand.
